Nature Trail – The trail along Morgan Creek is accessed from Creekstone Drive and from Laurel Springs Drive at the power cut. The trail on the opposite side of the creek belongs to the Oxbow Crossing HOA. Please keep in mind that the trail is located on private property. Please carry out any trash and please pick up after your pet. This is not a bridle, mountain bike or motor bike trail. Limited bicycle use is okay, but please give right of way to pedestrians and joggers.
Playground/Picnic Shelter/Courts - The playground, picnic shelter, tennis and basketball courts are for use by Laurel Springs residents and their guests. This is a great location for planned and impromptu gatherings with neighbors. Please clean up any trash before you leave and place it in the trash bin next to the picnic shelter. Please keep all wheels (bicycles, wagons, roller blades, skateboards, etc.) off of the basketball and tennis courts as wheels will damage the surfaces of these courts.
Electricity Provider – Duke Energy serves our neighborhood. They maintain the light poles at the entrance, the ones located on Laurel Springs Drive and Oxford Court as well as the light poles at the playground. https://www.duke-energy.com/home

Recycling - Recycling is provided by Orange County Solid Waste Management http://www.co.orange.nc.us/1026/Rural-Curbside-Every-Other-Week Current recycling day is every other Friday. Reminders are posted at neighborhood entrance a few days prior to recycling day. There is no monthly fee.
Please try not to leave carts & bins at the curb for extended periods of time. Please ask a neighbor to roll it in & out for you if you are unable to do so.

Please drive slowly throughout the neighborhood! Remind your guests, delivery drivers and service technicians to drive slowly. There are a number of blind curves and no sidewalks here, so we all must share the road.
