LSHOA Covenants agree with Orange County Animal Control Ordinance with respect to control, nuisance and neglect. Please keep dogs on leash if they do not respond reliably to voice commands. Please do not willfully allow animals off your own property. Dogs should be fenced or under direct supervision. Please respect your neighbors' property and the common areas such as the playground, the public right of way along the roadside and the nature trail. Scoop the poop.
The most common complaints to the Board from neighbors involve "nuisance" issues and "restraint" issues.
