Annual Meetings

Annual meetings are held in the fall of each year.  Notices are sent at least 2 weeks in advance of the meeting by the email listserv and by US post for those property owners who do not subscribe to the listserv.  Elections are held for open board member positions.  According to the Bylaws, there is one vote per Lot on any matter requiring a vote by the general membership.  Renters are welcome to attend the meeting but do not have voting rights.  Old and new business is presented and discussed.  A meal (catered or potluck) is served after the meeting.  All property owners, their tenants & their children are invited to attend.
