Property owners pay annual dues for upkeep of common areas (entrance, playground, tennis court, parking lot, signage).
The LSHOA Board is made up of 3 voting members, a secretary and a treasurer. Elections are held for the voting position(s) at the annual meeting in the fall. Typically one position opens up each year and a person is elected to serve a 3-year term. The person will serve as President in their 3rd year of service. We always need volunteers to serve on the Board.
